Strategic Level
After initial contacts have been made and both sides have expressed interest in collaborating, BeVolution conducts a more in-depth analysis to evaluate what concrete assistance it can offer the company.
Each company is unique, with a unique team, product, market, set of values and context in which it is growing. For this reason, BeVolution develops a customized strategy in collaboration with the company’s founders, entrepreneurs and/or executives.
In Phase One, BeVolution works with the company’s founders, entrepreneurs and/or executives to meticulously evaluate potential strategies and their implications in the particular economic and human ecosystem in which the company operates:
- Conducting an in-depth evaluation of the company’s technology as well as its current and future technological capabilities,
- Meeting with all core members of the company’s strategic team,
- Gaining detailed understanding of the company’s current and potential markets,
- Profiling the competition,
- Performing any other steps needed to gather as much relevant information as possible.
Operational Level
In Phase Two, BeVolution and the company’s founders, entrepreneurs and/or executives agree on a growth and expansion strategy for the target markets, and set out both a concrete action plan and a budget enabling the company to meet its objectives.
Once the project is financed, BeVolution will apply the action plan approved by the company and, if applicable, the institutions concerned.
During implementation, the company may need to restructure, make an acquisition, merge with another company, or raise more capital through new financing rounds with venture capital firms. The company’s founders, entrepreneurs and/or executives can also task BeVolution with carrying out such initiatives.
