Our ideal clients and partners are software development and publishing companies who have already brought their product to market, have over $3 million (or €2 million) in revenue, and wish to expand their international sales across the Atlantic.
BeVolution bases its evaluation on five criteria:
- Innovation: The innovative quality of both the software and the approach that the entrepreneur/potential client has developed. The product is evaluated by area experts who are constantly on the lookout for technological advances and able to evaluate its technological relevance to the target market.
- Ambition: Once initial contacts have been made and both sides have expressed an interest in collaborating, the crucial element becomes the entrepreneur’s commitment to developing internationally. There must be evidence that he or she has the motivation and drive essential to carrying the company through the transformations that growth entails.
- Transformation: The ability to adapt to change. This phase evaluates whether the entrepreneur grasps the overall development strategy and is clear sighted about the steps the company will have take to reach its goal.
- Human Values: The relationship factor and evaluation of the entrepreneur’s attitude, as evidenced by his or her personal and professional journey and way of relating to the BeVolution team.
- Openness: The trust that gradually develops with the entrepreneur ensures an atmosphere of openness that makes both parties comfortable expressing their real needs and aspirations. It is vital that the contractual framework for the collaboration truly match the interests and desires of both parties. This is the foundation for success. Getting results requires a significant investment of effort, but even more fundamentally, an authentic, forthright relationship with the entrepreneur is needed in order to weather the inevitable difficulties and changes that punctuate a company’s growth.
